Enjoy the outdoors without the bugs
A book beside an open window. Dinner with a view of the garden. A three-season sunroom gives those moments a place, with an enclosed space that you can open to the breeze when the weather is mild.
AG Construction Management builds three-season sunrooms in Cary. The room can become a favorite sitting area while keeping its purpose simple: enjoying the outdoors during the more comfortable parts of the year.

What affects three-season sunroom construction cost?
The amount of new structural work makes a substantial difference. Enclosing a suitable porch is a different scope from building a foundation and roof from scratch.
Room size and window selection also affect the price. Electrical work for outlets or lighting adds to the scope, along with flooring and interior finishes. Comparing quotes is easier when each covers the same starting conditions and finished room.

New addition or existing porch?
A new sunroom creates an opportunity to choose the room's footprint and its connection to the house. A porch enclosure starts with a structure you already have, but its condition determines how much can be reused.
The floor supports and roof need to suit the enclosed room. Drainage and the joints where new work meets the house also need attention. An existing deck or patio should be assessed before it becomes the basis for a sunroom quote.
AG-CM's sunroom design service brings the layout and exterior appearance into the same conversation, so the addition works from inside and outside the house.

What Our Clients Have to Say

Three-season sunroom questions
Is a three-season sunroom the same as a screened porch?
A screened porch has screens between you and the outdoors. A three-season sunroom adds windows or enclosure panels that can close. That added enclosure provides more weather protection, but seasonal comfort still depends on the room's construction and outside temperatures.
Does enclosing an existing porch require a permit in Cary?
Yes. The Town of Cary lists converting a porch to a sunroom, including adding glass or vinyl windows, among projects requiring a permit. Reusing a porch does not remove that requirement.
Can I turn it into a four-season room later?
That depends on the original structure and enclosure. A conversion can require changes to the windows and insulation, plus heating and cooling. If year-round use is a likely next step, discuss it before the first room is designed; the initial choices affect the work a future conversion would require.
