Where the Day Starts and Ends
This is the first room you walk into every morning and the last one you leave at night. It should be quiet, warm, and tailored for you. Room to get ready without stepping around each other. A shower that feels like the best twenty minutes you get to yourself.
Getting there means handing your house to a contractor for six weeks, and trusting their work.
That's where AG-CM comes in. Abdallah is a licensed general contractor who runs every job himself, and he's built bathrooms across the Triangle since 2021. You get someone who has done this before, on your house.

What a Bathroom Remodel Looks Like
Timelines vary with the size of the room, plumbing, and how long materials take to arrive.
Week 1 - Demo and Rough-In
Plumbing and electrical move while the walls are open, and inspections are scheduled against that work.
Weeks 2-3 - Waterproofing and Tile
Pans sloped and tested, backer board detailed, tile set and grouted. The slowest phase, and the one that can't be rushed.
Week 4 - Fixtures and Cabinetry
Shower glass gets measured this week, since it's fabricated to the finished opening and can't be ordered before the tile is set.
Weeks 5-8 - Glass, Punch List, and Walkthrough
Paint, hardware, and adjustments happen while the glass is in fabrication, so the only thing left at the end is the install.

What Our Clients Have to Say

Bathroom Remodeling FAQs
How much does a bathroom remodel cost in the Triangle?
It depends on the size of the room, whether plumbing moves, and what you choose for tile, fixtures, vanity, and glass. We put real numbers to yours after walking it.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most run 4 to 8 weeks from demolition to walkthrough, broken down week by week above. The spread is mostly custom shower glass, which can't be fabricated until the tile is set. Our bathroom remodel timeline guide covers what else stretches a project.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
Most homeowners do. The work area is sealed off from the rest of the house. If it's the only full bath, we'll talk through that before we start.
Can you move the plumbing to change the layout?
Yes. Moving a toilet, shower drain, or vanity means opening the floor and reworking supply and drain lines, which is permitted work. It's the biggest line item separating a refresh from a true reconfiguration, and it's priced on its own in the estimate.
What happens if you find a problem once the walls are open?
Usually it's water damage behind an older shower. We show you what we found, explain the options, and put it in a written change order with the cost and schedule impact. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
