Whole Home Remodel: Stonehill Dr, Raleigh, NC

This Raleigh home needed more than a fresh coat of paint. The interior had dated wall paneling, worn flooring, and two bathrooms that were ready for a full rebuild. The homeowners wanted the whole house brought up to date at once, so it would feel finished and consistent from room to room instead of remodeled in pieces.

Abdallah and the AG-CM crew started by removing the old wall paneling throughout the house and replacing it with new drywall, which gave every room clean, flat walls to build on. Both bathrooms were fully remodeled from the studs out. In the kitchen, the existing cabinets were in good shape, so rather than replacing them, the team painted them and installed new quartz countertops. A new pantry room was added to give the kitchen the storage it was missing.

With the walls and wet rooms done, the crew laid new LVP flooring through the entire house for one continuous surface with no transitions between rooms. Every interior door was replaced, along with new baseboards and casing trim, and the whole interior was painted. Light fixtures were replaced throughout, with new fixtures added where rooms had been underlit.

The result is a whole home remodel that reads as new from the moment you walk in: consistent finishes, brighter rooms, two bathrooms built to last, and a kitchen that looks custom without the cost of a full tear-out.
